Project selected among the finalists
The project proposes a new definition of the block through a composition made of compact square volumes, alternating residential and working functions.
Each building has a plan based on a regular grid, where different moduls could be connected in many solutions. This composition gives the possibility to have reversible spaces, with flexible solutions as coworking and cohousing beside traditional accommodations.
